Fresh Homemade Cranberry Relish

REALLY GOOD. and so easy. CRANBERRY RELISH
Ingredients:
2 c. raw cranberries, washed
2 apples, skinned and cored
1 large, whole (peel on) seedless orange, cut into sections
2 c. granulated sugar
Method:
Process all above ingredients in a food processor, using the entire seedless orange, peels, pith (not pits!) and all. Pulse until coarsely chopped, or to desired texture, without over-processing.
Mix in the sugar. Let sit at room temp till sugar dissolves, about 45 minutes.
Store in refrigerator.
Yield: Makes about 3 cups.
