..... Spice Storage
We like new uses for old things - reclaiming their viability and giving them new purpose. This idea was sent to us by a customer.
She was looking for a way to store her spices so they would be close at hand when cooking. The kitchen in her 1950's cape had an alcove next to the stove where a radiator was still in place (no longer functioning) from the old heating system.
An old wooden tote was retrieved from the garage, cleaned and polished, and put to new use for storing spices. It sits on an old stool found at a local flea market.
A good use for wasted space, and a clever non-conventional "re-use" for an old wooden tote!
